Sherwood Lakes HOA Meeting Records

The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on the tenth of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was led by President Smith, with attendance of homeowners in presence.

After call to order, the record from the previous meeting were considered and accepted with no amendments.

  • Mr. Davis, gave a concise financial overview outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
  • A number of homeowners raised issues regarding recent developments in the neighborhood, specifically the proposed community garden construction and parking improvement projects.
  • The board addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing clarifications about the plans.

Concluding the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for November, 2023.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants

The Board of website Directors is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to strengthen the quality of life for all residents while addressing present concerns and promoting a thriving community.

  • Within the proposed amendments are standards related to yard maintenance, noise ordinances, and vehicle placement.
  • The HOA encourages all residents to review the proposed amendments meticulously and forward their feedback by the deadline.
  • A community forum will be held on August 3rd to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

The Sherwood Lakes Community Enhancement Program

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes

Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is quickly approaching. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.

The election will be held on Monday, October 16th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Sherwood Lakes Community Center.

A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by October 1st. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please contact the HOA board directly. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
